Report Images
The images that print on the reports are smaller in size and meant to serve as in index.  Whenever images are scaled down in size it is normal to notice that the images may not appear as clear.  The actual image files saved with your inventory are saved at the exact resolution as they were taken with your camera so you always have the option to print images at full size and clarity.  Most business owners simply supply the reports along with a Data CD created from the business software which contains all the full resolution images.

Image Orientation
The current version of the software displays and prints images horizontally so we suggest that you always use your camera in the horizontal position for the best results.  You do have the flexibility to take and store multiple images per item to ensure full photographic coverage of items.
