Hello everyone, I was wondering how everyone is doing (or is going to be doing) the annual updates or any other type of updates. Are you actually going back to their house or accepting emails from them and how are you charging them, especially if you accept emails? If you accept emailed updates, do you give them so many per year? Also, do you burn new discs each time they have an update?
