I used www.startbizhere.com It cost me $150 to become an LLC, get an EIN, and get certified copies of all paperwork. Hope this helps. Im in CT.

Thought it would be just a little more exp going through them, I printed out documents to do myself to register with state I thought thats what this is ..it would cost me $50 and then putting it in paper for 3 wks...but the total price for legal zoom is about $850 is this normal these are two of the things they are charging me for anyone elso go through this please help, Im confused...maybe I should do myself...Thanks in Advance.IL State-required filing fee $500.00 Initial Consultation with an Accountant Free Registered Agent Fee $149.00
