I collect full payment before I leave the home too. I will immediately deposit it and will not return the finished report until it clears the bank.

I collect the full amount before I leave the home. Time spent in the home is the majority of the time of the job. so, I don't feel it is unreasonable to collect the full amount at that time.

Hank,
Most business owners ask for a 50% deposit on the day of the inventory with the balance due when the final package is delivered.

If some folks are doing anything else .... please share.  Thanks!
