I'm starting up a HIS biz up here in Canada and I'm not sure what to include in my Service Contract.
I realize most of you have purchased the Home Journal Software which includes all the necessary forms etc. but unfortunately I'm on an older iMac and am unable to buy and use the Home Journal software. So I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips on what to include or email me a copy for my perusal? Thanks.
