Tax Deductible?

A home inventory for your client is probably not tax deductable. However it could, depending on their insurance company, give them a deduction on their home owners or renters insurance.

A business inventory for your client might be tax deductable as a business expense depending on how they file and other factors related to their business.

The software and other related items are definately tax deductable for you as a business expense of your inventory business.

Good thinking Meg.  I understand any expense a business incures goes against the revenue they generated and in essence they are taxed on the net income at the end of the year.  What have you discovered?

I was wondering if the Home Inventory for a customer could possibly be tax deductible?

I am reading a Marking book, and they say that people tend to go with services that are tax-deductible.  It is just added incentive.
