Why can't I get Help from this program?

I tried downloading the link, it says not compatable with my version. Windows 7. 64 bit.

Hello,

You just need a small patch from Microsoft to launch the help which works for vista or windows 7. Please visit our help page here:

I have the Business software on my computer, running Windows 7, when I click on the help tab, I get the following message.

Why can't I get Help from this program?

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows. However, you can download a program that will allow you to view Help created in the Windows Help format.

I found on the old message board a thread with a link for Windows Vista users, will that update also work for Windows 7?
