Hi,
(1) An export of data will only export for the client you select.  You can have multiple inventories going on...just be sure to select the correct Client Id before doing your export.

(2) When you do an 'Export' you are exporting out the data and/or images depending on the option chosen.  You used the word 'report' but want to make sure you understand that the 'Export' button extracts the data and/or images.  The reports may be exported to various formats but this is different than the Export.  Yes, just choose the images only option when Exporting if you want to create a CD with just images.

Glad you like the new board biggrin

Fred 2 ?'s just to confirm what I believe I already know...weirdface

1) Currently I have two inventories going at the same time, on one I have already printed the reports and waiting to print to cd's the other I am inputting their inventory info....now there should be no mixing of images right when I'm ready to export the first report to cd while the other is still ongoing...correct?hmm

2) when extracting report it asks to choose "data and images" or "images" only, so If I choose "images" only then I CAN create a cd that just contains images?confused

P.S. this new board is awesome!!!!!
