I just wanted to let you know that I was never able to get any customer service from LogoMaker. I left messages for 2 weeks and never heard back from them. So, now I am moving on to another company.
Maybe mine was an isolated case, but in any event, I just wanted to post my experience. Thanks!

I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems getting in touch with a LogoMaker Customer Service Rep?? I've been trying to call them and/or e-mail them for 5 days now, and I have not gotten any response. I simply have a few questions to ask of them before I purchase a Logo that I designed.
Has anyone else had any problems with LogoMaker, be it customer service or anything else?? I only ask b/c I would like to feel comfortable with a certain company prior to doing business with them. Thank you in advance for any feedback!
