http://www.iespell.com/ is a very good spell checker that is easy to use and install - it should work right within the software so you won't have to copy and paste into ms word. I have used it for sometime now and haven't found anywhere it won't work (there's always a first time though), best part is it is free
Hello, Regarding any printing issues, there are quite a few variables here that involve your computer, memory, printer, print drivers and cable (USB 1 or 2).
You should at a minimum ensure that your printer connections are made using USB 2 which is significantly faster than the older USB connections. You should also ensure that you have downloaded the latest print drivers from your printer manufacturer. A good solution is to use the export feature (icon of a small envelope) in the report preview window and export to PDF prior to printing. Adobe PDF does an efficient job at printing which can resolve many problems.
Also, regarding quality of the images that print, please make sure your camera settings are of good quality so images don't look grainy, this can be a function of the images themselves. Please also realize that since the images are shrunk down they are not going to show all the crisp details that you'll see in a larger image. The reports are really meant to serve as an index to associate the details with the pictures. You can use the 'export' feature of the business software to export all images which will be at the exact resolution that you used when you took them with your camera.
You also have the option to print the full size images if you like but this can get expensive so most people just include them on CD.
One other tip.... if you take any pics with your camera turned 90 degrees vertically, those won't show well on the report because all the images are horizontal in format to make for a clean looking report. The vertical pics will look distorted so we suggest you take all your pictures holding your camera horizontally.
Thanks everyone for replying to the printing problems! Kim, my pictures look terrible when I make it to the PDF file. This is a problem with the program. How can i fix my pictures so they aren't so grainy?
Hi, Carolyn, I just wanted to add something about what Erik mentioned. You can export the reports into Abdobe (pdf file) or Microsoft Word (doc. file) but make sure before you print anything that your pictures aren't distorted. Maybe it's just my computer, but when I export the whole report with pics into either program the pictures are distorted- sort of pixely-looking.
And, just a side note for everyone. I have figured out that when I type, I type so fast that I have a lot of spelling errors. Since there is no spell check in the program, at least not that I have found, I export just the report (no pics) to MS Word and do a spell check there. It has saved me lots of frustration, not to mention time, paper, ink, etc! I once had to reprint 400 pages due to spelling errors- my fingers go faster than my brain, I think.
I've had a similar problem. The time it took to print one inventory was over two hours because of the number of pages. I thought it was due to my computer not being able to handle the data fast enough. But when I used my other computer I found the same problem. A different computer with a different printer didn't speed up the process that much.
Like Kim, I print a few pages at a time. I usually print the reports a few days before my scheduled meeting with the client to be sure I have everything ready for the meeting.

Does anyone else have problems printing a large inventory? We have issues and need to get this report to the client. If you have had problems how did you resolve them? Thanks
