I haven't done anything yet with the landlord/tenant protection plan so I can't address that part of your concerns. But, I suggest you look at the discussion on the message board regarding the final product. I have described there just how I present the final product to my customers as well as what others have shared. This will give you some ideas on what you may wish to do.
That's one of the things about the way the program is set up, you have the flexibility to add any additional information or documents or a title page and other documents that you wish to. That is up to you. I have chosen to add a "Scope of the Work" page that defines the limits of the project. I think this covers me for items that may be stored in parts of the house that I did not inventory etc. because they weren't included in the contract. I also include recommendations. You can see these and other ideas about Disclaimers and inventory work sheets on the "Share" page.
To access the share page you need to get the information from Fred just like you had to get the passwork from him to access certain sections of the Message Board.
Good luck!
George

I see that many people are offering a landlord/tenant protection plan. I am also planning on offering such an option but wanted to get feedback from anyone as to if they have actually provided this service yet and if so how did it go. Also I am looking for some help as far as a written report goes. Is there something special you are doing, any templates you use, ect. I don't think the HJ business software has anything of that sort, but so far I have spent my time learning the general inventory functions and printing/exporting reports and such.
If anyone has anything they can share regarding this service I would appreciate it. If you don't want to post it here or have a report you could share you can email me at rcesselink@gmail.com. THANKS!
