Are you looking for an apartment lease agreement or a single family lease agreement? Both are landlord & tenant agreements. There really isn't much difference in them except the description of the premises being leased. I think the part that you are looking for is the one statement that requires the tenant to carry homeowners insurance.
There usually isn't anything in the lease that indicates that the landlord has any insurance covering the tenant's private property. We inventory the tenant's personal or private property.
Usually, there is a clause in the lease that states, "Tenant is responsible for and required to carry homeowners insurance."
