One way is to use a name service such as www.infousa.com, you can pick a target market and subscribe to get new homeowners as they are available

Contact the post office for the official information relating to requirements and costs, as it is always changing. You could also contact your local news paper and check on the price of inserts for targeted areas. Of course, you must provide the inserts.

I'm building a database of new homeowners and soon will be creating mailing lists - what's the best and least expensive way to do postage on the bulk mailings I plan on sending out. I've read many topics in the old and new forums and tried "search" under postage and postage machines but they came back with nothing. Thanks
